NOTE: If you are hosting one of the above camp-outs and need to supply the Club with additional information (camping fee, date, etc.) or changes to this schedule, please notify Phala Clough so that she can put it in the next newsletter.
Host requirements are simple:
1.*Pick a campground and make the reservations.
2.*Notify the campground host of the number of reservations needed. Keep the campground host updated for any changes.
3.*Make coffee (supplied in the Host Box) Saturday and Sunday mornings.
4. *Set the Agenda/Schedule for the weekend (meals, games, special activities, etc.) Please give this information and directions to the camp site to the Newsletter Editor for the Club newsletter at least one month prior to your scheduled campout.
GUESTS ARE WELCOME!
*Want to check us out? Do you have friends or relatives visiting? We welcome guests (friends, relatives & potential members) to any of our scheduled meetings or campouts. Come and join us for good food, visiting and games.
*If you would like to join our club, we have only one requirement: you must have purchased your camper or RV from Dean's RV Superstore. Club dues are $30 the first year, which also pays for name badges. Annual renewal dues are $20 thereafter. Campouts/Club meetings are held once a month. For more information on the club, please contact one of our club officers (listed on the last page).
