How about an update on my husband, John Spexarth. He sees his doctor Friday and immediately goes to PT. I believe he gets this huge cast removed. He says he has slept really well the last few nights. He doesn't have that constant hand pain with him. Prayers would still be appreciated.

Teresa came and sadly now has returned home. Did did let us use the truck. I would have liked to show her what RVing is like. It was great to be with her again. I really need to find a way to afford a ticket to return to her in Venice. Right now, only God knows where that will come from. I know many of you are praying for my nephew Truman.

please also ask God to have my family understand how Teresa and I feel about each other. And, that He will provide a way to get me back to Venice, back to her loving arms.

I wish she had been here over a weekend we have a campout.... perhaps next time...If I can convince her to coma back after her baggage fiasco.
.

Many of my photos from Venice can be seen here if anyone is interested.

Just letting you know Robbie & I have signed in. We made it back from Colorado without any "new" issues !!! The jeep trails were great, and the weather was fantastic - just wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you for answering... But sad to say, dad wont even go to dripping springs lake 10 miles from here. I looked into renting an RV, but far more than I could afford.

Dad wont even let us use the truck or car.... I am afraid that this trip for her will not be as good as I hoped. I was in Venice, at her home for 2 months this summer.. She saw to it that I had a wonderful time. Gave me the keys to her car so I could go wherever I wanted when she was at work, Took me to many wonderful places, even to a mountain resort in Austria. But now she will come here, and just sit here at the house for 2 weeks.

She will be arriving tonight (August, 29) at 10:20 PM.

Please pray for us. I really like this wonderful woman. I want it to be a trip she will really enjoy, and one that will strengthen our relationship. So please Pray.

Robert.

If anyone is heading east for fall foliage of the Smoky Mountains, there are two real nice RV Parks you may wish to stop by.
In Gatlinburg, TN: Twin Creek RV Resort. Shady & near rivers. Shuttle/Trolley provides transportation into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg has the best shops & Dollywood is also nearby.
In Marion, NC: Mountain Stream RV Park. Very, very peaceful (no laundry facilities) near burbling river and 8 miles south of Blue Ridge Parkway (excellent foliage & views). In Marion, there is an excellent RV services & repair (we learned of it when we had some RV trouble).

Robert... You know, there are campers for rental like Cruise 4America. Check Yellow Pages. But to rent one, the primary driver must have a valid license. Maybe Bob & Erlene can take you two on a long weekend trip, maybe to Branson? They would enjoy that too.

I have retuened from Italy. Had a great time. This thursday, August 28, the lady from Italy is comming here. I would like to take her RVing, something she has never done. However, dad wont let me use his 5th wheel. Does anyone know of an RV I could borrow for a week to show her our favorite activity (camping), and our beautiful state. Or at least does anyone have a car I could borrow while she is here.

Here are pictures from my trip.
